The simple O'Reilly, as with everything else, has these easy suggestions for gays.
His solution for lesbians and gays, coming out of the closet, being in the military, being in the boy scouts is a model of simplicity: "Get yourself back into the closet!" The latest happened last night (23 July 2002) on a TV spot, probably for a new show on FoxNews or some new show 'Pulse'. A lady told Bill O'Reilly: "Mr. O'Reilly, you are a bigot!": This is O'Reilly's standard response: 'Shut up, don't tell anyone'. In all of his responses he claims that gays are telling everybody what they are doing in their bedrooms. I don't ever remember, recalling anyone making any such statements. I have seen and heard gays coming out, publicly, admitting to being gay. Is that not the same thing as O'Reilly talking about his wife and his kids? Is he not tellling the world: "Look, I am heterosexual"? |
