O'Reilly the Warmonger.
By no means is he alone. Most Republicans are on the same track especially Bush.
Bush, in his customary chopped-up speaking style, claims to have proof that Saddam is a threat to the U.S. What proof he has he doesn't say.
Typically Bush speaks out of both sides of the mouth. Today, in a speech to the UN he says he wants the backing of the UN, but if they don't give it to him, he will go it alone. Why even bother going to the UN?

O'Reilly on the Canadian Prime Minister

He makes a big point of the stand by the Canadian Prime Minister and asks viewers to email the Canadian Embassy. The Prime Minister has stated that he is with the U.S. on the fight against terrorism, but that he has yet to see proof, other than just simple rhetoric.

O'Reilly on the David Westerfield trial
which is currently in the penalty phase, the jury being out until Monday due to illness by a juror, another juror having multiple doctors' appointments. Before this phase O'Reilly was bitching because in his estimation they took too long to find him guilty, and he feels that the evidence is convincing and they should have come to a verdict much sooner. Now he is complaining also about the time the jury is taking. According to the bozo they should have known during the trial what the penalty should be. Execution or Life without parole. Notwithstanding the admonishment by the judge that the jury is to base their decision on the result of the trial.
Isn't it satisfying to know that we have a jury who is taking their assignment seriously, in both the trial and penalty phase. What does the O'Reilly bozo want? Assembly-line convictions? Speed it up.

O'Reilly says: 'It's a very clear-cut thing here - you either sentence him to death - alright - if there was an intent to do what he did - or you give him life without parole' 'Let's end this thing. It's turning into a circus' 'I'm not pushing for the death penalty or life with [I think he meant 'without'] parole - I'm pushing for "let's make up your mind - let's end this thing - because it's turning into a circus"
What's the bozo's hurry? We are talking about taking a human life here, a criminal's as it is, but a human life no less. Whatever the final sentence, Westerfield will not be around on the outside. I just don't understand why the bozo even bothers.

O'Reilly vs Ritter on Saddam Hussein's capabilities.

The bozo insinuated that Scott Ritter, the former weapons inspector, is in Iraq's pocket for having taken $400,000 from someone who knows Tiraq Aziz for a movie, of which 20% went into Ritter's pocket, but $58,000 of that went back into the movie's cost overrun.

O'Reilly with the Lebanese Ambassado to the U.S. Farid Abboud.
This segment exposed O'Reilly's stupidity more than any other tonight. The bozo was trying to put words into the Ambassador's mouth by stating that the Ambassador and his country wanted Saddam Hussein to remain, whereas no such statement was made. The Ambassador stated his position that any flouting of UN resolutions should be handled by the UN. As expected the Ambassador also brought in Israel, who also are not abiding by UN resolutions, which the UN should also look into.
