Silencing those who served
The falafeler once again demonstrates total ignorance and proves that not unlike Bush, he is wrong on most everything.

Just in recent times he scolded his cohost on his Hate-radio program for a correct statement she made, admonishing her for misleading his listeners, which was exactly what he did.

The clown argues constitutional law with one of the most respected Constitutional Law Professors in the country.

He battles criminal law with successful criminal legal brains without realizing that he is unarmed in the battle.

Today he argues Geneva Convention with someone who once taught 'Geneva Conventions' to our military.

In above video he argues [stupidly] with Col. Ann Wright (ret) who pointed out to him that the Geneva Convention applies to parties in conflict which is not the case, and she concedes that the British captives are not treated according to the Convention by being paraded in public.
It is difficult to determine exactly what point O'Reilly was trying to make. It was not about Iran, not about the seizure or treatment of the Brits. So what was it about? Falafels? Loofahs?
An unprovoked attack has nothing to do with the Geneva Convention. This incident, like Bush's unprovoked attack, invasion and occupation of Iraq is what is referred to as a 'War Crime'.
