O'Reilly full of crappola - again
Like 3 blind mice.
O'Reilly, who knows nothing himself, invites two guests, who also are political lightweights, then bullies them into saying what he then twists to make it appear that he has it right.
If you can't convince them, drown them out

None of the three apparently know much about what Congress can and cannot to.
All financial bills originate in the House and the Speaker decides which bills come up on the floor.
Here, the Speaker is the Decider
This idiot has yet to name an American who does not want America to win, once the bushovics define 'WIN'.
The question is not whether Congress has the power to stop the war or whether they choose to exercise any power they have to do so.
As Congress has demonstrated in the past - in 1973 - when they cut off funding the Vietnam war that they do have to power to force the president to comply with the wish of the people.
So when O'Reilly claims that Speaker Pelosi can't do anything, he is wrong. It is that Ms. Pelosi has declared that she is more concerned about the troops already on the ground being as safe as can be, more so than the current chimp in chief, who is more concerned about his political legacy of not having lost a war than he is about the troops, as he seeks to put more of them in harm's way.

" [.] Democrats controlling the 110th Congress has raised speculation over a possible suspension of funds for the war in Iraq. Given control of the purse strings, a Democratic Congress would be in the position to force the government to begin the withdrawal of troops. Although they have been hesitant to define their plan for Iraq, some Democrats have hinted at a drastic reduction in funds. When asked in a recent interview how a Democratic Congress could stop the war, Rep. Charles Rangel (D-NY), who is set to chair the Ways and Means Committee should the Democrats win the majority, precociously answered, “You’ve got to be able to pay for the war, don't you?” Fellow member of the Out of Iraq caucus, Lynn Woolsey (D-CA) has stated that “Personally I wouldn't spend another dime on the war,” and notes that Congress helped force an end to the Vietnam War by refusing to pay for it."

Rep. Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.) will chair the powerful Ways and Means Committee if Democrats win control of the House next year, but his main goal in 2007 does not fall within his panel’s jurisdiction.
“I can’t stop this war,” a frustrated Rangel said in a recent interview, reiterating his vow to retire from Congress if Democrats fall short of a majority in the House.
But when pressed on how he could stop the war even if Democrats control the House during the last years of President Bush’s second term, Rangel paused before saying, “You’ve got to be able to pay for the war, don’t you?”
