In addition to Iraq not having had a single airplane to send up, consider also that they had very little of any other reliable weaponry, having lost most everything in 1991 and were not allowed to re-equip themselves, in fact a week before Bush invaded, they were still dismantling rockets that exceeded their allowed range by a few kilometers.

For neocons to brag about the speed with which they overran Iraq is an abomination.
Destroying a helpless country long range with the most devastating arms ever devised before sending in troops may have been the wise thing to do, but it is nothing to brag about, unless you are proud of yourself beating little babies.
